Christianity Explored Ministries helps people to meet Jesus in the pages of the Bible. They publish a range of materials to introduce Jesus Christ to those who are unfamiliar with His message. At The Welcome Church, we believe that providing ways for people to engage with the the bible, and the message of the Christian faith is extremely important, that’s why ordinary people, from our church run these courses so that those seeking answers can come and find out more. Please don’t worry, you don’t need to know anything about the bible, and you won’t be asked to pray or sing. You can ask any question you like, or just sit and listen.

There are few emotions more powerful than hope. But these days, hope often feels hard to come by. Where can we find a hope that won’t disappoint us?

Hope Explored is a completely free course that looks at the life, death and resurrection of Jesus in Luke’s Gospel, this three-session series shows that Christianity is about real hope: a joyful expectation for the future, based on true events in the past, which changes everything about my present. Hope Explored does not require a huge time commitment from guests and is one of the easiest ways to introduce you to Christianity. The structure of each session is simple: a short Bible study, a video based talk, and a discussion based on the talk.

At The Welcome Church, we tend to run this course over one day, with time between sessions to get to know others on the course, and for refreshment. Christianity Explored is a relaxed and informal way of exploring the best news you can ever hear, and gives you space and time to think about the big questions of life. The structure of each session is simple: a short bible study, a talk, and a discussion based on the talk.

This completely free course, is run over seven sessions. During the sessions you will find out more about the life of the person at the heart of the Christian faith – Jesus Christ, and have space to think through and explore the meaning of life, in a safe environment.
